KNOW Cares believes that all women and youth should have the access and opportunity to engage in leadership development programs. Leadership programs and mentoring enrich lives and have been shown to propel women and youth forward into the highest level of achievement and impact on their surrounding communities. A growth mindset coupled with the opportunity to participate in a leadership program can substantially change the trajectory of a woman or youth’s achievements personally, professionally and within the community. We know women who achieve at the highest level have access to and engage in growth and development regularly both formally and informally. Financial constraints often prevent many women and youth from being able to engage or participate in such programs, thereby stifling their ultimate achievement and impact potential. KNOW Cares believes that NO woman or youth should be left behind because of finances or lack of access. It is our mission to band together to support women and youth and propel them into new heights.
Why funding is needed Studies show when a woman achieves success, she is more likely to help others and her community. Essentially, when a woman attains a leadership role, everyone benefits.

Calling ALL Women and Young Ladies! KNOW Cares has the opportunity to provide funding to help a woman or youth access leadership development and mentoring programs that align with our goals and mission.
